Hebden brings to growth[period] over 30 years of leadership in multimillion-dollar healthcare organizations as a Senior Executive, Board Member, and Strategic Advisor. Hebden has driven revenue growth and delivered results for firms working in the Federal contracting space as well as for Fortune 500 companies such as Microsoft, Dell, and IBM. His track record reveals a history of developing and launching healthcare technology from concept to market. Most recently, Hebden was the CEO of Livanta, a healthcare quality oversight firm supporting the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) ensuring quality care for Medicare beneficiaries.  Over his 5-year tenure, Hebden oversaw a doubling of revenue to $80M, prepared Livanta for sale, worked with the investment banking community, and successfully led negotiations with an acquiring PE firm to close the deal. Earlier in Hebden’s career, he co-founded and scaled Blueprint Technologies, a software architecture firm, to $12M in revenue.  He helped the company successfully navigate the turbulent times during the dot-com era, transitioned the business from commercial to Federal, and helped execute a private sale of the company to a large Federal contractor. Hebden has his MBA in Information Technology from the University of Maryland and a BSEG in Computer Engineering from Bucknell University.

Most recently, she served as Counselor for Political and Political-Military Affairs in Baghdad, leading negotiations on Syria, Turkey, and Iran. Her previous roles include Deputy Permanent Representative to the U.S. Delegation to the Conference on Disarmament in Geneva and Senior Political Advisor to the Commander of U.S. Air Forces Europe and Africa.
