PHILLIPS Programs serves the needs of individuals with behavioral health needs and developmental disabilities and their families through education, family support services, community education and advocacy. PHILLIPS offers specialized day schools, consultations and career readiness skills that can be transformative to children in the Washington, DC Metro Area. growth[period] was thrilled to welcome children from PHILLIPS Programs to our offices in Tysons Corner to decorate a holiday tree.
