With more than 20 years of U.S. Navy program management and defense industry consulting experience, Mr. Lysaght joins growth[period] to support clients navigating the defense and federal markets, leveraging his expertise in naval aviation acquisition, lifecycle sustainment, and defense program management.
Mr. Lysaght most recently served as Principal Deputy Program Manager for Common Aviation Support Equipment (CSE) at Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), where he led a $3 billion aviation support equipment portfolio spanning 80+ programs sustaining 5,000+ Navy and Marine Corps aircraft, directing a workforce of 500+ personnel and overseeing 1,300 contract actions valued at $2 billion. Prior to that, he served as Program Manager for the MH-60R multi-mission helicopter program, delivering 151 aircraft on schedule to the U.S., Australia, and Denmark, and as Program Manager for the Presidential Helicopter fleet, overseeing sustainment and modernization of 21 aircraft with a $230 million annual budget. He currently consults at Parts Life, Inc./DeVal Lifecycle Support, advising on NAVAIR program priorities and government acquisition strategy.
Mr. Lysaght holds an MBA from California Pacific University and a Bachelor of Science in General Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy, and is DAWIA Level III certified in Program Management.
