Giving Back

Corporate social responsibility is part of the fabric of growth[period]'s business and culture. The diversity of our employees, partners, and clients has provided us with key insights into the challenges and opportunities facing communities at every level, knowledge that has led us to conclude that partnering with non-profit groups and community organizations not only is good for the less fortunate and those that help them but also is good for business. As global interconnectivity continues to grow at a rapid pace, no one can afford to sit on the sidelines, and we try hard to practice what we preach. Our leadership is actively engaged in a number of charitable and community pursuits, ranging from working with wounded and disabled veterans to feeding the homeless, and sponsors frequent company-wide volunteer projects. growth[period] employees individually give generously of their talent, energy and passion to any cause that they deem worthwhile, and we embrace their passion and enthusiasm to make the world a better place, offering paid time off for charity work. Below are just a few of the many ways they make a positive impact.
