February 2014: Mr. Stamps joins NSAWW with over 40 years of executive experience with large, midsize, and startup companies in both the federal and commercial markets. Over the course of his long and distinguished career Mr. Stamps has created successful new businesses, served on boards of directors and advisors, managed sales and national account programs for Fortune 500 companies, and has been the top executive in sales, marketing, and customer service organizations.
Prior to joining NSAWW, Mr. Stamps served as President and Founder of FedNetPartners, which he launched in 2007. Mr. Stamps had previously co-founded two companies, Discovery Partnerships and Virtual Causeway, where he was responsible for developing a plan for entering the Federal Government market and for closing the initial clients and contracts.
Mr. Stamps served as the Vice President of the National Accounts/Partner Programs for Sybase before launching his own ventures. While at Sybase he was responsible for the national account and partner programs for the Financial Fusion Division.
Prior to Sybase, Mr. Stamps acted as President, COO, Chief Sales Officer, and Board Member for Independent Telecom, where he provided leadership and created strategic partnerships that lead to a substantial increase in annual sales revenue.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Stamps served as the National Marketing Manager for the GSA Schedule at Boeing Computer Services, where he grew annual Federal Government sales revenue significantly. Mr. Stamps began his lengthy career at IBM in IT sales, where he distinguished himself by qualifying for the 100% club in his first year.
Mr. Stamps has served on the President’s Leadership Council at Fairmont State University and is the Membership Chair for the Bethesda Medical Chapter of the National Contract Management Association. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Fairmont State University.
